Site Monitoring 4Pro Instructions:
Step 1: Open the
application.
Step 2: To add a webpage to your list, click on 'Add
Item'.
Step 3: Enter the following information:
Step 4: Check the box beside 'Checking Schedule' and select the
frequency of the check. Input the value in terms of minutes, hours or days.
Step 5: Select the type of situation in which you would like to be
notified.
Step 6: Click on 'Ok' to save the item.
Step 7: Repeat steps 2 to 6 again to add another
webpage.
Step 8: Software begins to monitor and track changes in the
sites. Modifications to the site will be noted under 'Last Status' column.
Step 9: To edit the contents or tracking preferences of an
item, select and then click 'Edit Item' in the bar below.
Step 10: To check an item for changes without having to wait
for the scheduled check, select the item and then click on 'Check Item'. Likewise to check all items, click on
'Select All' and then 'Check Item'.
Step 11: To delete a webpage from the list, select and then
click on 'Delete Selected'. Likewise to delete all the webpage from the tracking list, click on 'Select All' and
then 'Delete Selected'.
